“Just wanted to let you know I picked up the artwork yesterday, and I'm SO EXCITED to give it to my girlfriend as an anniversary gift. It's beautiful, and I love the framing on it. Our story is that we met through a run club that met up for social happy hours at Andy's Pizza and Lost Gen, our first date was a concert at 9:30 Club, followed by another 2 concert dates at Songbyrd and DC9 the following week (I still can't believe that worked 3 times lol). Finally, our first "fancy" dinner date was at one of my favorite places on H St, Maketto. The artwork represents that first month of us falling in love, and I couldn't be more excited to give it as a gift."
